What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and city, and optionally your email address, postal code and a delivery note. If you join the Circle we collect your email address. We never ask for card or bank details on this website; online transfers are made from your own banking or wallet app.
Why we use it
- To confirm your order with you by phone or WhatsApp.
- To deliver your order, through our courier partner.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To send launch news, only if you joined the Circle. You can leave at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store: our courier partner (name, phone, address and order value, to deliver your parcel), our database and hosting providers, and WhatsApp when you choose to message us. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and the law, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Contact us using the details below.
The AI Skin Scan
- The scan runs entirely in your browser, on your own phone or computer. The face-mapping model is downloaded from our website to your device; your photo is never uploaded to us or anyone else.
- We do not store your photo or your results. They disappear when you leave or reload the page.
- The camera only turns on after you tap "Start the scan" and allow it, and it turns off when the photo is taken or you cancel. You can block camera access in your browser settings at any time, and upload a photo instead.
- Results are cosmetic estimates for product guidance only. They are not a medical diagnosis and may vary with lighting, camera and makeup.
Your city and today's weather
- To suggest a ritual for today's weather, our site estimates your city from your internet connection when the page loads. This estimate is not stored or logged by us.
- If you tap "Use my exact location", your phone asks your permission first. Your exact position stays on your device: we only use the nearest city (or a rounded area of about 10 km) to look up the weather.
- The city you pick is remembered in your browser's local storage so the site opens on it next time. You can change it at any time.
- Weather data comes from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway), licensed under CC BY 4.0. Only the city's coordinates are sent to look it up, never anything about you.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your bag and a few preferences. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. If we turn on website analytics (Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), they record anonymous events such as page views, "add to bag" or "scan started" to help us improve the site and our advertising. We never send your name, phone number, address or photos to analytics.
Terms of sale
Prices & availability
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include taxes. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we contact you before dispatch.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel orders we cannot confirm.
Payment & delivery
You can pay in cash on delivery or by online transfer in advance. A Rs 250 delivery charge applies to every order, and delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 and above. Online-transfer orders are dispatched once the payment is confirmed. Delivery usually takes up to 48 hours across Pakistan after confirmation; same-day delivery in Lahore is available for orders paid online in advance. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
See our returns policy. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Using our products
Read the label and product page before use, patch test new products, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Ask your doctor first if you have a skin condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Simulations
The Skin Lab and AI Skin Scan are visual simulations and cosmetic estimates. They show what a formula is designed to do; they are not a promise of individual results.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
